There is no doubt that almost everyone enjoys small chops. Small chops are one of the amazing side dishes served in patties and events.
But we are going to be talking about pastry sheets used for making some of these small chops, e.g, spring roll and samosa. But first, let’s talk about the recipes
INGREDIENTS
1. 3 cups of Allpurpose flour
2. 1/2 cup of sugar
3. A pinch of salt
4. 3 cups of water ( in case you are using the brush method, add 3 and half cups of water to get a light consistency).
PROCEDURES
Mix the dry ingredients until combine and introduce 3 cups of water and mix until smooth. Easy, right? Now, let’s move on to the methods
METHOD ONE

The crepe pan is designed mostly for making pastry sheets. It entails spreading the mixture with a brush or hand slightly on the crepe pan on medium heat for five seconds. This method is much easier to get nice pastry sheets.
METHOD TWO

Non-stick pan methods are simple and beginner friendly, and it’s done using your hands or brush.
PRECAUTIONS
1. Avoid making the barter too thick
2. Don’t wash the pan with water, especially if you’re using the nonstick pan.
